Manufacturers of dairy smoothies and yogurt drinks are more inclined to use bag packaging instead of plastic packaging."
Necasova believes that the reason why dairy companies have increased demand for bag-in-box packaging is because this packaging model can improve product quality. She said: “The reason that people in the industry like the box-in-box packaging model is that it meets the strict requirements of the health standards regulations because the packaging is one-off.”
In general, the reason why the beverage industry uses the bag in the box is based on its health, long shelf life, and no harm to the environment. And people are increasingly discovering that there are many advantages to using a bag in a box: long shelf life, convenience, environmental friendliness, suitability for asepsis and high temperature, clean filling techniques, and the like.
At present, the wine industry is still the largest market for bag-in-box, but fruit juices, liquid eggs, water, olive oil and other edible oils are also increasingly used in box-in-box packaging.
At the same time, the market development status of the vertical packaging bags is also very good. Wine and cocktails are the main factors that contribute to this development.
